In case a payment order has been given by the Customer, but the money has not yet been received by www.themisjewellery.com (e.g. in the case of a credit card order, where the Bank has not yet deposited the amount), the Company is required to expedite any necessary action and statement to any competent service (Bank, etc.) to notify of the cancellation of the order and to request the refund of any amount owed to the Customer within the period of fourteen (14) working days.
